Santrupti Rekrytointi Oy is a Finnish recruitment company that provides both white-collar and blue-collar workers for various sectors like the metal industry, the HoReCa sector, the logistics sector, shipbuilding, the construction industry, and housekeeping. We make recruitment outside the EU/ETA area easy for You

Santrupti Rekrytointi specialises in recruiting personnel from outside the EU/ETA area. We know well every step in the relocation process to Finland. You need to have a vacant job and commit to assisting your employee in relocation and orientation to work and life in Finland. The final task is to get your employees and their families to integrate well into Finnish society so that they are solving your workforce needs also in the long term.

Each individual assignment starts when you provide Santrupti with a detailed breakdown of each vacant position. The specification shall have sufficient information, such as a job title, description of the work, salary & other benefits, required skills & education, language skills, and any other special requirements for the job.

Santrupti shall ensure that the personnel it provides have suitable professional qualifications and skills to carry out the work. We introduce one or more suitable candidates who match as closely as possible the specification. We assess each candidate’s CV, educational and work certificates, and we interview each candidate before introducing them to you.

You select employees based on the documents we have provided, interviews conducted by you (if desired), and live-streaming videos, if appropriate. Ultimately, you are responsible for the final selection of an employee and after the employment decision, you shall provide a written employment contract, where the terms shall be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

Santrupti assists both the employee and the employer with the residence permit process. Once the employee receives the residence permit card, Santrupti arranges the travel from India to Finland. At the same time, you shall ensure that the initial furnished accommodation and workplace in Finland are ready to receive the employee and that local travel arrangements are made from Helsinki-Vantaa airport to the accommodation.

You shall assist the employee with the statutory registrations (HETU and the municipality of residence, foreigner’s ID card, tax card, as well as KELA registration and card) and opening the bank account with digital identification.

You need to organise the orientation to the work, provide all necessary tools, supervise the employee’s work, and ensure that all employment-related statutory requirements are met, such as payment of remuneration, statutory pension and employee insurance, as well as occupational healthcare.
